While a conference was not possible this year, we have planned a one day workshop for our members and friends and hope that you can join us.

1:30-3:30pm “Communication in Action: Effective Communication Workshop”
This session will provide four key methods of effective communication,. It will deliver best practices for self communication, in-person communication, telecommunication and email digital communication. 1. Recognize and address limiting self communication 2. Emotional intelligence for effective communication 3. Communication techniques for not triggering the fight or flight response.

ABOUT JOHN DAVIS: Want to show your team what they are capable of? Want to inspire them to take their performance to the next level? Want them to have skills for overcoming adversity and change? Want them to have a great time while learning the skills so they retain the information? You may ask yourself what a comedy sword-fighting stuntman can do for you? (Bet you've never asked yourself that before.) At 22 I was well on the way to fulfilling my dream of being a Stuntman and Fight Director. That is, until my spine was split in two leaving me paralyzed. Using what I now call "The Five F Formula" I was able to regain my mobility and go on to perform over four thousand live comedy sword fighting stunt shows all over the world including the front lines of both Iraq and Afghanistan on six USO tours. In my career I have become an expert in taking people through challenging (and sometimes life threatening) situations and have them become empowered to far exceed their own expectations and reach greater heights than they thought possible.
